"Visited the store late in 2023 and tried out the massage chairs. Very courteous and helpful staff. We decided to buy the Therapeutix. Bought it towards the end of the year on offer. Been enjoying it for 6 months now. Works perfectly and has been an envy of friends & family who have since visited and enjoyed it! Very happy with the chair. The control software and control options can be improved further in some areas e.g. many chair controls don't appear on screen before the massage routine is running. But this is a relatively minor thing for me. Also the chair is not connected to internet, so no mobile-app based control or online upgrade options. Again not a big issue for me but can be improved."
